ensuring an evaluation process aligned with international standards.


For KIOOC 2026, the jury includes Emmanouil Karpadakis,
an IOC-certified panelist from Greece,
reflecting the competition’s commitment to rigorous sensory evaluation and global credibility.


The jury operates under a strict blind tasting protocol and standardized sensory criteria,
comparable to the practices of other leading international olive oil competitions.
